The founder, Mr. Steve Evereklian is a graduate architect from Catholic University who served as a project manager for 6 consecutive years, supervising and designing custom homes in Potomac and Ocean City, MD. An open communication is Mr. Evereklian’s primary objective beyond a project’s anticipated termination date. Former clients continue to stay in touch years later, complementing the quality of workmanship offered by STM Builders, Inc.
